2012 Camps - Mount Asbury
MOUNT ASBURY 1, MOM & ME, AGES 4-8
JUNE 18-19, JUDI DUNKELBERGER
Through Bible stories and activities, we will together learn that God’s Spirit is present in our every day. We will explore several ways we experience God’s Spirit while at camp, so that we may be more open to God’s Spirit when we return home. The Asbury Lodge makes a perfect site for both Moms and their children (sons and daughters) to retreat from their usual routines. Our hours together will include swimming, hiking, crafts, games, campfire, and opportunities to deepen relationship with one another, with other campers, and with Jesus, as we spend time with Him in God’s beautiful creation. This is a great way to familiarize younger children with camp before they attend an overnight camping event without a parent AND ease questions Moms may have! Our adventure begins on Monday at 10 a.m. and ends on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
