Church groups from the Susquehanna Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, who have paid their Shares of Ministry in full in the previous year, are eligible for a 10% discount on lodging or facility rental. Agencies of SUSUMC are also eligible for a 10% discount on lodging or facility rental. This discount will be reflected on the invoice for the event. Special event rates may apply in lieu of this discount.
 
We offer a two week tentative hold policy. We will not continue to hold a tentative reservation beyond the two week period without a completed application and deposit. Tentative holds cannot be re-applied to a date once the initial 2 week grace period has expired.
 
Deposits are refundable (minus a $50.00 processing fee) when cancellations are received 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit. If the cancellation is received less than 45 days prior to the event, your group will be billed the full deposit amount plus half the cost of meals, according to your reservation form.
